OceanPlay Privacy Policy

OceanPlay is a media player application. It does not provide any media content or playlists. Users must provide their own playlists.

Data We Collect

• Account / Playlist details: If you add a playlist (server, username, password), this information is stored locally on your device to enable playback.
• Diagnostics (optional): If enabled by the user or required to troubleshoot, basic logs may be shared with support upon request.

If you do not have analytics/crash reporting yet, this wording keeps it safe.

How We Use Data

• To load and play the playlists you provide.
• To improve app stability and performance.
• To respond to support requests.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share playlists or credentials with third parties, except when you explicitly send information to support for troubleshooting.

Data Storage

Playlist information is stored locally on your Apple TV. You can remove it at any time by deleting the playlist in the app.
